Cypress College Athletics Celebrates 30 Student-Athletes Committing to Four-Year Universities

Cypress, CA – Cypress College Athletics proudly announces that 26 student-athletes from the 2023-24 Charger class are moving on to compete at the four-year level. This remarkable achievement underscores the dedication and talent of our student-athletes, as well as the support and guidance provided by our coaching staff and the entire Cypress College community.

The Chargers concluded the 2023-24 season with an impressive overall department record of 198-133-8. Highlights from the season include appearances by Women's Soccer, Men's Golf, Softball, and Women's Swimmer Makayla Serrano in the 3C2A State Championships along with postseason appearances by Baseball, Women's Volleyball, and Men's Water Polo. Cypress student-athletes earned 45 All-Orange Empire Conference selections, 4 All-State selections, and 2 All-American selections, showcasing the breadth of talent across our programs.
