Adam Naaman Fires a 67 as Chargers Take 2nd Place
Cypress Chargers golf (31-3) traveled to Costa Mesa Country Club to take on the coastal division of the Orange Empire Conference. The Chargers finished in second place out of five colleges, shooting a team score of 370.
COSTA MESA, CA- Cypress Chargers golf (31-3) traveled to Costa Mesa Country Club to take on the coastal division of the Orange Empire Conference. The Chargers finished in second place out of five colleges, shooting a team score of 370.
The Saddleback Bobcats (29-5) took first place shooting a tournament low 359. The Bobcats had an excellent team showing, but Cypress' Adam Naaman was the star of the day as he finished with a five-under par, 67. Clayton Smith (68) and Zac Stout (71) of Saddleback carded the next two lowest scores of the tournament. Bryan Urip finished with a 73, followed by a 74 from Willis Panzarello.
